I earned a degree in Information Technology and Management from Utkal University in Bhubaneswar, India, in May 2004. Since then, I have continually pursued training courses and professional certifications to ensure that my skills remain up-to-date. I earned MCP Certification in August 2006, took a year-long class to become an English/Computer System Technician at Algonquin College from 2007-2008, enrolled in a Computer Systems Technology Program at Fanshawe College from September 2008 to December 2011, and took a four-month course on HTML from May-August 2012.

Experience

I have two years of professional experience in customer service and technical support, so I'm comfortable tutoring students remotely. I am fluent in English and Hindi and can also help students develop valuable time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. I possess demonstrable expertise with Windows and Linux operating systems, PC Hardware, software, networking components, and troubleshooting elements such as cables, audio-video, networking, and I/O Connectivity as well.
